BOOKING OF TOURS:
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 20% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 20% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued.
As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.
Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point.
Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid by you 30 days before your date of travel.
Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.
** During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan) 100% is required to be sent in advance.
DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING
As a condition of booking, you must provide the information requested by the Tour Operator. If you fail to supply information required by Tarragon Tour for air tickets, permits, or other inclusions, you will also be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion. In the event that you fail to supply information required by the Tarragon Tour, we shall reserves the right to treat your booking (or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by the Tarragon Tour in its sole discretion. The information required by the Tarragon Tour will vary by Tour and will be communicated to you or to the Tour Operator’s authorized agent during the booking process. Tarragon Tour will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.
Tour prices do not include international or other airfare unless expressly mentioned in the Tour’s descriptions. Tarragon Tour will quote the best price available for the travel dates requested at the time the quote is prepared. Quotes provide an estimate only and are not a firm price commitment by the Tour Operator or the applicable air carrier(s).
Tarragon Tour will acts only as a sales agent for the applicable air carrier and the air carrier terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the air travel ticket. Please consult the air carrier’s applicable terms and conditions and conditions of carriage for complete information including applicable cancellation terms. Tarragon Tour is not responsible for changes in air itineraries or flight times and does not provide advice or alerts regarding air travel tickets, flight status or delays.
AMENDMENT TO A BOOKED TOUR
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
CANCELLATION OF A BOOKED TOUR
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Tarragon Tour.
THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL APPLY
» If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival- 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.
» If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
» If cancellation is between b 60 days to 45 days prior to arrival - 20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
» If cancellation is within 45 days prior to arrival - No Refund
» some services will be 100% non refundable and same will be informed to you before cancellation
CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT TICKETS
Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.
FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES
You acknowledge that the nature of adventure travel requires flexibility and acknowledge that you will permit reasonable alterations to products, services or itineraries by the Tour Operator. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of the Tour Operator (including but not limited to Force Majeure, illness, mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, strikes, political events and entry or border difficulties). No reimbursements, discounts or refunds will be issued for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of the Tour Operator, including your removal from a Tour because of your negligence or breach of these Terms.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Users availing services from Tarragon Tours hall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Tarragon Tour shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.
The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Wings Tour acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, Tarragon Tour shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.
The user agrees that there can be "Force Majeure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Wings Tour shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user. If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

Tarragon Tour at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept any order placed by the user through the Website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Tarragon Tour is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the user and accepted by Tarragon Tours.
It may also be noted, that by providing any personal information such as mobile numbers, the visitor hereby specifically authorizes Tarragon Tour and/or its authorized representative to contact him or her.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Tarragon Tours reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
UNUSED SERVICES & REFUND
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling.
The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of services. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
